William L. Shelby
Real Estate Specialty
A diverse background provides Bill with a solid understanding of multiple disciplines in real estate, which has resulted in many successful developments, creative deal structures, innovative project turnaround plans, and successful transactions.

Development Experience
Bill has 30 years of Real Estate experience with the foundation in Real Estate Development. Bill’s first experience in real estate was in college investing in multi-family housing. Bill’s cornerstone in the development industry is his tenure with Vantage Companies and Linclay Development Company, both large national and regional companies that were trendsetters in their respective markets.

Professional Experience
Bill is also the founder and former owner of PCS Realty, Inc., where he and his partner, Jack Hoopes built a real estate dynasty in less than six years. They grew from a 600,000 square foot management and leasing firm to having more than a 4.5 million square foot portfolio. In early 1994, PCS Realty joined forces with Mathews Click Bauman to form the largest independent brokerage and property management company in central Ohio. Bill is also the past managing partner for Galbreath/LaSalle and LaSalle Partners. Bill has been involved in Investment real estate over the past several years and is the current Owner and President of Spectrum Properties, Inc.

Jack T. Hoopes
Real Estate Specialty
Jack’s twenty plus years of real estate experience has been focused on creative financing structures. Jack’s background is accounting and finance. This background has provided Jack the tools to lead various types of real estate businesses to high levels of success. These services range from Development, Construction, Leasing, Investment, Management and Property Services.

Development Experience
Jack has 21 years of Real Estate experience with the foundation in Real Estate Development. Jack was the Chief Financial Officer for the Vantage Development Company In Columbus Ohio starting in 1980. Jack was part of a four-person development team that was responsible for site acquisition, land use planning, building design, finance structure, and overall project success. Jack’s experience in the development process led him to promotions within the Vantage Companies. He eventually was promoted to the leadership position of one of Vantage’s most successful development offices in the New Jersey market. Jack also held similar positions in the Linclay Development Company.

Professional Experience
Jack is also the former owner of PCS Realty, Inc., where he and his partner, Bill Shelby built a real estate dynasty in less than six years. They grew from a 600,000 square foot management and leasing firm to having more than a 4.5 million square foot portfolio. In early 1994 PCS Realty joined forces with Mathews Click Bauman to form the largest independent brokerage and property management company in central Ohio. Jack also is the past Marketing Director for the Galbreath Huff Organization and Marketing Director for Equity Office, A Sam Zell organization. Jack has been involved in investment real estate over the past several years and is the current Owner and President of Amlin Development Company, LLC., and is a licensed real estate agent with Spectrum Properties, Inc.
